Initial Consultation: Please call to schedule a free consultation via phone, video, or in person. Postural assessment, functional evaluation, and initial treatment plan including basic self-care strategies will be discussed when meeting by video or in person. No commitment necessary--this offering is to allow us to assess what work we can expect to accomplish together. Prior completion of a one page health information form will be useful to make the most of our time.
Standard Rate (payment at time of service): $120 for the first hour, $40 for each additional half hour. All taxes included. (Increase as of June 2024)

Gratuities: not at all expected, but appreciated. These help me to provide lower cost care for those who need it. As I work with many chronically ill clients and the need is great for lower cost care, I'm considering setting up a 501c3 to manage donations formally. Please inquire if this is of any interest--I know you're out there.
Sliding Scale: yes--please inquire. Although I charge a high fee in part because life has become expensive, I also do so in order that I can afford to lower rates for those who need it, so don't be shy to ask what we can work out.

Health Savings Accounts/other insurance: If documentation will support you in seeking reimbursement from another insurance plan or through your HSA I'll be glad to provide it.

Gift Certificates: available upon request--15% discount available on the first three hours of services gifted to new clients.
Fundraisers: I'll be happy to donate gift certificates for fundraisers whenever possible.
