Initial Consultation

Please call to schedule a free consultation via phone, video, or in person. Postural assessment, functional evaluation, and initial treatment plan including basic self-care strategies will be discussed when meeting by video or in person. No commitment necessary--this offering is to allow us to assess what work we can expect to accomplish together. Prior completion of a one page health information form will be useful to make the most of our time.

Rates

Standard Rate (payment at time of service): $120 for the first hour, $40 for each additional half hour. All taxes included. (Increase as of June 2024)

Billing Rate: $140 for the first hour, $40 for each additional half hour. All taxes included. (Increase as of June 2024.)

Gratuities: not at all expected, but appreciated. These help me to provide lower cost care for those who need it. As I work with many chronically ill clients and the need is great for lower cost care, I'm considering setting up a 501c3 to manage donations formally. Please inquire if this is of any interest--I know you're out there.

Sliding Scale: yes--please inquire. I charge a relatively high fee so that I can afford to lower rates for those who need it. Don't be shy to ask what we can work out.

Form of Payment

• Cash, check, Zelle, and Venmo are all fine. I can't send requests for payment via Venmo due to HIPPA regulations but if that's your easiest way to pay you're welcome to use it--my QR code is available at the office to make that easy. I don't yet have a way of processing debit and credit card transactions but will be working on it as I'm able--let me know if that's your best way to pay and I'll do my best to speed things up.

• Health Savings Accounts/Reimbursements: If documentation will support you in seeking reimbursement from another insurance plan or through your HSA I'll be glad to provide it. I'll be working on having the ability to accept HSA card payments--let me know if you'd like me to speed up that effort.

• Out-of-Network Billing: I'll soon be able to try billing out of network.

• VA Benefits: I look forward to beginning to work with VA funding sometime in 2025--be in touch to let me know if you'll benefit from my speeding up that effort.

Available upon request--15% discount available on the first three hours of services gifted to new clients.
